What is the difference between Essential Five and Essential Six?
Essential Six includes creatine monohydrate. Essential Five does not.
How do I use the blend?
Add one serving to a protein shake, smoothie, water, coffee, yogurt, or another beverage or food of your choice. Mix thoroughly.
When should I take it?
Whenever it fits your routine. Consistency matters more than the time of day.
Is this a protein shake?
No. The blend contains collagen peptides but is not a complete protein shake. You can add it to your preferred protein shake.
Is this a meal replacement?
No. It is not intended to replace meals or a balanced diet.
Does it contain sugar or sweeteners?
There is no added sugar or sweetener. Cacao gives the blend its natural, unsweetened chocolate taste.
Why does some of the blend settle after mixing?
Some settling or texture is normal. Stir, shake, or blend thoroughly and remix as needed.
Should I start with a full serving?
If you do not regularly consume much fiber, you may prefer to introduce the blend gradually and drink plenty of water.
How should I store it?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not consume the desiccant packet included with pouches, when applicable.
Should I talk with my healthcare provider before using it?
Check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or have questions about an ingredient.
